Awareness for Epilepsy

One of my good friends (who is also my boss) has an absoultely amazing girlfriend (Liz) who i found out has Epilepsy. And i never knew what Epilepsy was or how serious it could actually get. I started to do research on it wondering how i could help. Who would have thought, New York University Medicial Institute has a huge program there called FACES (Finding a cure for epilepsy and seizures). I haven't seen this anywhere on twitter or facebook so I would bring it to the attention of all my readers.

How many people do you know with Epilepsy? Probably more than you know. How many organizations do you know that do fundraising for Epilepsy. The Answer unfortunately is not to many.

Have you heard of Tiki Barber... Yeah, former Giants football player and now pregame anaylist. He had siezures up until the age of 5 and he is ready to fight it. How about you, Have you donated. O what's that, you don't know how to donate. No worries at all. Cause i did research and i know how you can donate. Please click on the link and help researches take it to the next step. Let's stop the madness.

Here are some Related articles that may help you understand how serious this actually is! Both of these articles were found in News Week. It just show how critical it is to make a difference now!

April 25th, 2009 The Rescue of Joesph Kony's Child Soliders

I had a friend email me and ask me to check out this site. First off, the design is sick. So if you are a designer take a look at it. If you look for the non-profit side, this site tells a relishing story. Their hope is small. Please donate 12 a month. or even one big donation. Do your part. Oh, watch the video, it is incredible.

Let me know what you think about the site. This is a great chance to do great things. Also you will notice that there is a banner add to the right of the page.
